You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact us through our Contact page before sending anything back.
For hygiene and safety, lip products must be unused, unopened and have any hygiene seal intact. Products that have been opened or used cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs so we can put it right.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is inspected. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
